Virtual Counselling
Secure telehealth is available through Jane App or Zoom; or over the phone.

Julia is an approved mental health provider for First Nations Health Authority, Crime Victim Assistance Program, and ICBC (virtual or New Westminster). Please contact Julia to learn more about funding for counselling.

Holistic Wellness
For individuals and groups
These sessions incorporate an individualized combination of restorative yoga postures, movement, breathwork, mindfulness techniques, and emotional processing.
Somatic therapy is available in-person and virtually.
Thai Yoga Bodywork
Julia is currently in a 200-hour training program for Thai Yoga Bodywork. This practice is integrated into somatic therapy, and can also be a stand-alone service.
Yoga
Julia is a Registered 200-hour Yoga Teacher with the Canadian Yoga Alliance. Yoga sessions are available for individuals and groups in New Westminster.

Ayurvedic Nutrition
As Julia is certified in Ayurvedic Nutrition, nutrition and wellness can be integrated into counselling sessions.
