Virtual Sessions

Need to talk? Whether you desire support with strengthening coping tools, managing emotions, untangling problems, improving relationships, and more, Julia provides tailored guidance for individuals, families and couples.

For youth (13+) and adults. 

Secure telehealth through Jane App; or by phone.

Remote Learning

These sessions incorporate an individualized combination of restorative yoga postures, movement, breathwork, mindfulness techniques, and emotional processing.

Somatic therapy is offered in-person in New Westminster on Thursdays for youth (13+) and adults.

Meditating in Backyard

Connection is an important part of healing, developing self-compassion, and personal growth. Contact Julia to learn more about future and current group offerings.

Julia is a certified Ayurveda Nutritionist and a Registered 200h Yoga Teacher with the Canadian Yoga Alliance.

Offerings include:

- Individual wellness sessions (virtual; in-person Thursday mornings in New Westminster)

- Mindful Mom by-donation yoga (see above poster)

- Community partnerships/contracts
